I have been working in the digital field for almost 20 years, have launched my first website (slow down, it was simple hmtl and css) in 2000 and since then, have pursued the dream that digital means universal. This is what has been sold to us from the beginning. And all web/UX/UI designers have worked in the same direction: simplify the interface to make it easier to use. But how much simple is too much simple? Let me rephrase that: what is the simplification limit beyond which everything becomes not as clear as we would expect?
